We are looking for a **creative, organized, and passionate Marketing and Communication Analyst** with a strong interest in content production, who will be responsible for designing, executing, and monitoring corporate marketing and communication strategies. This role combines **content creation, design, internal communication, social media management, and support in branding projects**, so we are seeking a highly organized individual with initiative and the ability to transform ideas into high-quality visual and audiovisual materials. **Main Responsibilities** * Design visuals and internal communication materials in coordination with Human Resources. * Create social media content: posting schedules, copywriting, and scheduling. * Develop graphic materials, presentations, and audiovisual resources for events and campaigns. * Write and publish corporate blogs and institutional content. * Organize, classify, and back up photographic and audiovisual materials from the department. * Conduct satisfaction surveys and assist in analyzing results. * Prepare creative content and proposals for corporate events. * Issue electronic signatures and credentials for internal staff. * Provide general support on marketing, communication, and branding projects. **Requirements Academic Background** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (completed). **Experience** * Minimum of 1 year in marketing, design, or content creation roles. * Desired experience as a **Content Manager** (agency or in-house). **Technical Skills** * **Intermediate-level graphic design skills**. * Proficiency with **Adobe Creative Cloud**: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere. * Experience using **Canva**. * Knowledge of digital communication, social media, and content trends. * Ability to conceptualize ideas and turn them into visual assets. * Bonus: interest or experience in **photography and audiovisual production**.
