Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive audiovisual leader with experience to expand our presence in CDMX, managing the studio and collaborating on high-profile projects. Key Highlights: 1. Diverse projects with real brands from day one **The Context** We are a marketing agency headquartered in Guadalajara with a team of 50+ people, operating in the United States, Colombia, and Dubai. We are entering the Mexico City market — with our own studio — and looking for the person who will lead the audiovisual front in this new phase. You won’t be alone: you’ll join a local CDMX team alongside an account executive and a social media manager. However, we seek someone who takes ownership of the audiovisual area and helps build something from within. **Your Responsibilities** * Produce content for agency clients — social media, corporate, campaigns, events, and more * Manage the CDMX studio: sessions, logistics, production coordination * Support event coverage across the city * Collaborate with the local team and coordinate remotely with the creative team * Serve as the audiovisual reference for CDMX-market clients we already have there **Requirements — non-negotiable** * Own equipment * Strong, verifiable portfolio — photography and video * Experience in audiovisual production for brands or agencies * Proactive profile with management capability, not just execution * Residency in Mexico City and full-time in-person availability **What we seek beyond technical skills** Someone who understands that launching a new market requires initiative — someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do in each session; someone who can engage with clients, propose solutions, and resolve issues.
