*Kostik is seeking a Finance and Accounting Coordinator in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City* Financial and Accounting Control Coordinator (for audiovisual production) Kostik is seeking a Finance Coordinator in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City We are looking for a **Finance and Accounting Coordinator** to join an audiovisual production company and serve as the main liaison between the operations team and the accounting firm. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper flow of financial information, supervising administrative and accounting processes, and supporting the preparation of financial reports and project controls. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor overall cashflow and cashflow for specific projects. * **Monitor and control foreign exchange fluctuations (MXN, USD, EUR, COP) and reconcile exchange rates.** * Prepare financial reports, performance analysis, budgets, and actual vs. planned comparisons. * Supervise cost reports in coordination with operations and production. * Coordinate with administration to keep accounting documentation and files up to date. * Provide support during internal and external audits. * Propose improvements in accounting and financial processes, and stay updated on tax regulations. * Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and working papers for DIOT, VAT, and income tax. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in similar roles. * Advanced proficiency in Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Experience with ERP platforms (Contpaq i, Unabase, or others) and CRM knowledge preferred. * Availability to work in a semi\-remote mode in the Colonia Condesa area, Mexico City. **Desired Skills:** * Effective communication and teamwork. * Responsibility and results\-oriented mindset. * Analytical skills and attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary of $20,000 \- $25,000 depending on experience * Professional growth opportunities and dynamic work environments. * Ongoing training and a pleasant work atmosphere.
