




**Description** We are seeking a feminist woman, a professional in communication, design, or journalism, who identifies with the defense of human rights for women, girls, and children who are victims of gender-based violence. We are looking for someone eager to share knowledge, create, and innovate to strengthen actions promoting equality and a life free from violence. **Main responsibilities:** * Create, develop, and implement feminist communication and design strategies with a gender perspective that strengthen the organization’s presence and mission at national and international levels, reaching all target audiences. * Monitor media to detect and analyze discourses related to gender violence and feminist issues. * Manage institutional social media: content creation, publishing posts, and community engagement. * Create and produce visual content with a feminist focus: digital graphics, animated GIFs, TikToks, Instagram Reels, and other formats. * Conduct content analysis and draft press releases and informational bulletins. * Cover institutional events through photographic and audiovisual production. * Conduct interviews and generate testimonial materials from a feminist, human rights, and intercultural perspective. * Participate in the logistics and production of communication spaces such as radio broadcasts, digital platforms, webinars, and national and international forums. * Strengthen relationships with media outlets to amplify our messages and causes. **Key communication strategies:** * Read, write, and review content from a gender, human rights, and intercultural perspective. * Design and create content free from sexist stereotypes. * Use inclusive language, aligning with abolitionist feminism and recognizing women as the political subject of feminism. * Incorporate resources created or produced by women, including photographs, illustrations, typography, translations, among others. * Critically confront patriarchy, colonialism, and capitalism in every communicative action, reflecting the organization's feminist stance. Additionally, we seek a feminist colleague who not only identifies with our cause but also actively participates in our public statements, marches, campaigns, and other public actions.
