Will be responsible from briefing analysis through to project implementation and closure. **Job Responsibilities:** * Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of events, from conceptualization to execution, including budget development and compliance. * Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact between the agency and the client, presenting creative proposals and post-event reports. * Vendor Relations: Select, negotiate, and coordinate with service providers (audiovisual, catering, logistics, etc.). * On-site Supervision: Ensure proper real-time execution of events, managing any unforeseen issues that arise. * Strategy and Measurement: Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and measure event results and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement. **Requirements:** * Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in event agencies, marketing, or areas related to coordination and production of corporate events. * Experience managing music events * Languages and Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), and project management software (Trello, Asana, \*).
