Growth opportunities and flexible working hours At **On Rent X**, Mexico's leading heavy machinery rental platform, we are looking for a **Community Manager / Digital Marketing** specialist to manage our social media presence, create compelling content, and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive supplier and client acquisition. **Responsibilities:** * Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) * Creation of visual and audiovisual content (photos, videos, reels, stories) * Planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns * Design of graphic assets for social media and web * Monitoring of metrics and performance reporting * Management of paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) * Copywriting and content writing * Coordination with sales and operations teams **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Communications, Marketing, Design, or related field * Experience managing social media accounts and creating content * Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut or similar) * Knowledge of digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) * Creativity, proactivity, and strong writing skills **Desirable (not mandatory):** * Experience with video and audiovisual production * Knowledge of SEO and web analytics * Portfolio or examples of managed accounts **We Offer:** * Participation in a nationwide brand launch * Dynamic environment in a tech startup * Growth opportunities * Flexible working hours * Potential hiring through the Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro program (program requirements apply) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From $9,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Which social media platforms have you professionally managed?
