




**Position Objective:** Design, manage, and distribute digital strategies on social media and audiovisual platforms to strengthen the organization's visibility and increase outreach within the entrepreneurial community and target audience. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, Multimedia Design, or related field. * Minimum of **5 years** of verifiable experience in social media management and audiovisual production. **Skills:** * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) and/or tools such as Canva, CapCut. * Basic English (intermediate desirable). * Creativity, innovation, excellent writing, proactivity, and teamwork. **Responsibilities:** * Management of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter). * Design and execution of digital content calendars. * Creation and editing of videos, reels, interviews, and audiovisual campaigns. * Creative writing (storytelling and persuasive copywriting). * Monitoring metrics, analyzing results, and proposing improvements. * Audiovisual production (recording, photography, editing, and animation). * Content optimization (SEO/SEM, digital trends, AI).
