We are looking for a **highly creative Designer** with a strong **audiovisual focus** to create impactful visual content aligned with our brand. This role is crucial to enhancing our digital presence through innovative ideas on social media and campaigns. **Key Responsibilities** * **Digital Content Creation:** Design all graphic materials for social media (posts, stories, *reels*, *banners*, etc.). * **Audiovisual Production:** Produce and edit short videos, *motion graphics*, and animations. * **Creative Strategy:** Actively participate in campaign conceptualization and propose innovative ideas for the brand's digital growth. * **Brand Consistency:** Ensure all content maintains visual and tonal consistency across various platforms. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with the *marketing* team to plan and execute content strategies. **Candidate Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field. * **Technical Experience:** **2 to 4 years** of experience in digital design and video content. * **Software:** Essential proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects). * **Specific Knowledge (Desirable):** Prior experience in the **pharmaceutical and/or nutritional supplements industry**. * **Soft Skills:** Ability to visually conceptualize, knowledge of digital trends, and a portfolio demonstrating graphic and audiovisual expertise. **Desired Competencies** * **High level of creativity** and innovation. * **Proactiveness** and results-driven mindset. * **Attention to detail** for flawless work. * Ability to **handle pressure** and tight deadlines. * Skill in **teamwork** and effective communication. **We Offer** * Negotiable salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturdays 9:00 AM \- 1:00 PM. * Work location: Andares.
