Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages internal and external communication to position the company. 2. Promotes a positive public image and organizes events. 3. Creates graphic and audiovisual materials for communication campaigns. Mission Ensure the implementation of necessary internal and external communication to position the company under optimal social media follower parameters. Functions and Responsibilities 1. Collaborate with the Communications Manager to identify internal communication needs within Banco de Alimentos. 2. Establish the annual communication plan and communication matrix. 3. Ensure the implementation of internal and external communication at BANCO DE ALIMENTOS. 4. Evaluate communication effectiveness and implement corrective actions when necessary. 6. Provide necessary information for evaluating process indicators. 7. Promote a positive public image. 8. Support the organization and logistics of events, press conferences, and other public relations activities. 9. Coordinate with vendors and agencies for the production of communication materials, graphic design, and multimedia content. 10. Collaborate in creating graphic and audiovisual materials for campaigns and internal communications. 11. Use design tools to create presentations, infographics, and other visual resources. 12. Assist in preparing and distributing internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials targeted at employees. 13. Encourage employee participation in internal communication initiatives. 14. Collect audiovisual material for creating content for social media and institutional channels.
