




Job Summary: Plan, coordinate, and execute SCYF’s communication strategy to strengthen institutional positioning and engagement with partners through creative content and digital strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement institutional and digital communication strategies. 2. Manage and optimize digital channels and social media. 3. Coordinate the production of creative visual and audiovisual materials. Plan, coordinate, and execute SCYF’s communication strategy, strengthening institutional positioning, promotion of services and events, as well as engagement with partners and companies, through creative content, digital strategies, and effective communication. * Design and implement institutional and digital communication strategies aligned with SCYF’s objectives. * Plan, manage, and optimize digital channels and social media, including understanding and leveraging algorithms, metrics, and trends to improve reach, engagement, and positioning. * Oversee the production of the magazine "Trabajo y Ahorro", ensuring quality and alignment with SCYF’s mission and values. * Propose and implement strategies, organic campaigns, and outreach initiatives aimed at promoting SCYF’s services, events, and programs. * Coordinate the production of visual and audiovisual materials, ensuring creativity, innovation, and quality in every communication piece. * Profile and Experience Education \| Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Communication Design, or related fields. \-\|\- Years of Experience \| Minimum 3 years Years of Specific Experience in a Field \| Minimum 2 years in institutional communication management, brand positioning, audience engagement, or coordination of communication initiatives. Experience in Other Areas \| Institutional communication, events, content management, and projects.
