




Job Summary: A strategic communication professional responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing institutional and digital communication strategies, managing content and projects to position the brand. Coordinate the production of innovative visual and audiovisual materials. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Communication Design, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience. * Minimum 2 years of experience in institutional communication management, brand positioning, audience engagement, or coordination of communication initiatives. * Institutional communication, events, content and project management. * Basic English proficiency. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design and implement both institutional and digital communication strategies. * Plan, manage, and optimize digital channels and social media, including understanding and applying algorithms, metrics, and trends to improve reach, interaction, and positioning. * Propose and implement strategies and organic and promotional campaigns. * Coordinate the production of visual and audiovisual materials, ensuring creativity, innovation, and quality in every communication piece. * Comply with and uphold institutional image guidelines and policies. * Draft institutional texts: reports, press releases, scripts, and other official documents. * Organize and coordinate Board of Directors meetings. * Monitor performance indicators (reach, engagement, participation), analyzing results for continuous improvement. * Manage the Institutional Communication department budget. **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM
