ANTAD (National Association of Self-Service and Department Stores) is seeking a **Communication Assistant** to support institutional communication strategies through the design and development of printed and digital graphic materials. The selected candidate will contribute to maintaining effective visual communication aligned with the organization's identity, participating in campaigns, event materials, and digital media. **WE OFFER:** * Salary: $16,000 gross monthly. * Statutory benefits (100% payroll registered with IMSS). * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund. * Major medical expense insurance. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related fields. * 1 to 3 years of experience in design and communication. * Experience in printed materials, from design to printing and product details. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). * Knowledge of WordPress and HTML. * Strong command of Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Write and proofread content for internal media, newsletters, invitations, and other institutional materials. * Design printed and digital materials (brochures, posters, programs, signage). * Provide support in photographic and audiovisual event coverage. * Coordinate with printing and graphic production vendors. * Maintain updated image and graphic resources archive. * Perform daily summary of relevant media news. * Create and send a newsletter twice a week.
