Position Summary: We are seeking a Set Cinematographer for an audiovisual project, responsible for operating the camera, framing shots, and ensuring visual continuity in coordination with the director. Key Responsibilities: 1. Camera operation on set and visual continuity management. 2. Collaboration with the technical team for visual aesthetics. 3. Solid knowledge of photography and digital camera operation. We are seeking a Set Cinematographer with foundational photography knowledge for an audiovisual project (telenovela, digital series, or independent production). The candidate will be responsible for operating the camera during filming, ensuring proper framing, movement, and visual continuity, in direct coordination with the director and director of photography. * Camera operation on set (shots, movements, and action tracking). * Execution of framing as directed by the director and/or director of photography. * Assistance in camera equipment setup and configuration. * Visual continuity management (axes, composition, basic continuity). * Exposure, focus, and white balance adjustments according to shooting conditions. * Collaboration with the technical team to achieve the project’s visual aesthetic. Prior experience as a cinematographer or camera assistant on audiovisual projects. Solid knowledge of photography (composition, lighting, exposure). Proficiency with digital cameras (mirrorless) and accessories. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively. Availability for filming schedules. Desirable Skills: Experience with gimbals, tripods, and/or camera rigs. Basic knowledge of on-set lighting. Attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility. Proactive attitude and adaptability on set. Salary: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per day Work Location: On-site employment
