Will be responsible from briefing analysis through to project implementation and closure. **Job Responsibilities:** * Project Management: Plan, coordinate and supervise all phases of events, from conceptualization to execution, including budget development and compliance. * Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact between the agency and the client, presenting creative proposals and post-event reports. * Vendor Relations: Select, negotiate and coordinate with service providers (audiovisual, catering, logistics, etc.). * On-site Supervision: Ensure proper real-time event execution, managing any unforeseen issues that arise. * Strategy and Measurement: Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and measure event results and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement. **Qualifications:** * Work Experience: Minimum 3 years at event agencies, marketing or in areas related to coordination and production of corporate events. * Experience managing musical events. Technical Skills and Languages: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and project management software (Trello, Asana, \*). * Basic design knowledge and familiarity with tools such as Canva and Adobe Illustrator are desirable.
