Will be responsible from briefing analysis through to project implementation and closure. **Description of activities:** * Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of events, from conceptualization to execution, including budget development and compliance. * Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact between the agency and the client, presenting creative proposals and post-event reports. * Supplier Relations: Select, negotiate, and coordinate with service providers (audiovisual, catering, logistics, etc.). * On-site Supervision: Ensure proper real-time event execution, managing any unforeseen issues that arise. * Strategy and Measurement: Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and measure event results and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement. **Knowledge:** * Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in event agencies, marketing, or areas related to coordination and production of corporate events. * Experience managing musical events. Languages and Technical Skills: proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), and project management software (Trello, Asana, *). * Basic knowledge of design and tools such as Canva and Adobe Illustrator are desirable.
