




Position Summary: We are seeking an Audiovisual Coordinator to coordinate, plan, and follow up on audiovisual requests, ensuring proper resource allocation and execution quality. Focus on problem-solving and decision-making. ***We are looking for an Audiovisual Coordinator!*** **Objective:** Responsible for coordinating, planning, and following up on audiovisual department requests, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources (human and technical) according to each project’s requirements, delivery timelines, and team members’ skill sets. The role emphasizes operational optimization, execution quality assurance, and achievement of established production objectives. **Profile:** Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Audiovisual Production, Administration, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience coordinating audiovisual projects, production, or managing creative teams. Experience in agencies, production houses, or event environments (preferred). Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities. Ability to manage teams (photographers, videographers, editors, etc.). General knowledge of audiovisual production processes (shooting, editing, delivery). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure. Proficiency with project management tools (Monday, Asana, Trello, or similar). Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility. Knowledge of editing software. **Responsibilities:** Receive, analyze, and manage audiovisual requests from accounts, production, or clients. Assign projects and tasks to the audiovisual team based on timelines, workload, and individual team members’ skills. Conduct timely follow-up on each project to ensure adherence to delivery deadlines and quality standards. Coordinate coverage logistics (dates, times, locations, required equipment, etc.). Serve as the main point of contact between the audiovisual team and other departments (accounts, creative, production). Identify operational risks and propose solutions to ensure successful project execution. Optimize workload distribution to improve team efficiency. Supervise progress and deliverables, ensuring compliance with client guidelines. Support continuous improvement of internal audiovisual department processes.
