Our operations are characterized by dynamism, involving operational staff (drivers) and variable working hours; therefore, we aim to strengthen our legal department to ensure labor compliance and proper personnel management. **Job Objective:** Provide legal advisory services on labor matters, prevent risks, and monitor legal proceedings arising from operations, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Responsibilities Legal advisory services on labor matters (Federal Labor Law) Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, agreements, and administrative minutes Monitoring labor lawsuits and conciliation hearings Representation before labor authorities (where applicable) Direct support to the Human Resources department Prevention of labor risks arising from operations Handling incidents involving operational staff Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law (degree conferred) 2–4 years of experience in labor law Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), and conciliation procedures Experience in operational or service-oriented companies is desirable Experience managing operational staff (drivers, field personnel, rotating shifts) is desirable We Offer Monthly salary of $14,000 to $18,000 Opportunity for growth in corporate legal practice Job stability Participation in a dynamic industry (audiovisual production)
