




Position Summary: Oversee and direct the implementation and monitoring of the supply and business development program, ensuring material availability and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage material supply and business development with the customer. 2. Ensure on-time delivery and maintain contact with suppliers. 3. Develop local suppliers and cost-saving initiatives. **Objective:** Oversee and direct the implementation and monitoring of the supply and business development program at the Customer's facility. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure supply of materials agreed upon in the contract with the customer, in accordance with established inventory levels. * Track and expedite all purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery. * Maintain continuous contact with suppliers and shippers to verify order status and ensure materials, supplies, and/or equipment are shipped on agreed dates. * Develop local suppliers by evaluating quality, pricing, and delivery times. Participate in production meetings with the customer. * Ensure timely submission of customer material requests. * Collaborate with suppliers to develop and propose cost-saving initiatives. * Develop and deliver progress metrics, reports, and documentation required by the customer. * Interact with the customer to provide information and ensure optimal service delivery. * Review and update all information required by the system. * Handle and resolve customer complaints and special orders. * Receive and process orders; provide pricing information, service change notifications, or delivery/receipt schedule deviations. * Communicate program expectations effectively to team members. * Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the program team. * Supervise assigned personnel, establishing tasks and metrics aligned with the customer’s work program. * Record and update all site operations—including inventories, purchase orders, suppliers, costs, invoicing, etc.—in the electronic MRP system. * Perform other duties as delegated by the Program Manager. * Support the implementation and administration of any quality management system, such as ISO. Requirements: **Competencies:** **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, personnel administration, customer service, and cost-saving projects. **Skills:** Negotiation strategies, supply chain knowledge, problem-solving and continuous improvement, advanced Excel. English proficiency sufficient for business conversations. AS400 knowledge. **Attributes:** Customer service orientation, ability to work under pressure, strong verbal communication skills.
