Join us and help run what runs the world. **This position reports to:** Service Manager \_\_ **Your role and responsibilities** In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead contract management services for local business/product group/country, adhering to directives, instructions, and procedures. Each day, you will ensure execution of contract management activities in line with the contract management framework. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the creation, review, and implementation of the overall service start. The work model for the role is: \#LI\-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Services division in CDMX. You will be mainly accountable for:* Ensuring that service agreement commitments are in line with customer expectations. * Working with the customer (while on\-site) to identify opportunities for improving the customers operations and eliminating pain points. * Supporting preparation of tenders through providing input on possible service selection to meet customer requirements, in accordance with the operational capabilities of the respective service unit. * Driving team and process performance for contract services, providing feedback on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) achievements and routing customer feedback effectively.
