In Mexico, we are the \#1 personal insurer in the country, with over 10 million policyholders.* *We are working together to build a more secure future for Mexican families.* **Purpose or mission of the Role:** Ensure comprehensive security for executives, employees, and corporate event attendees by implementing preventive strategies, protection plans, and operational coordination, while complying with internal policies and Mexican legal regulations. **We are looking for people who:** * Build tomorrow, change, and innovate for sustained performance, seizing opportunities, experimenting confidently, and acting with urgency. * Win together, collaborate, and empower each other to achieve success, seeking different perspectives, fostering inclusion, and creating alignment. * Take ownership, serving our clients by assuming responsibility, facilitating solutions, and delivering the expected results**.** **Key Responsibilities:** **Executive Protection:** * Design and implement protection plans for executives and critical staff. * Coordinate security teams and executive protection agents for transportation and activities. * Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments for itineraries and locations. **Event Security:** * Plan and oversee security for corporate events, conferences, and meetings. * Coordinate with external vendors, local authorities, and internal teams. * Implement access control protocols, evacuation plans, and emergency response procedures. **Employee and Traveler Protection:** * Develop and manage travel security programs for employees on domestic and international trips. * Monitor travel advisories, local risks, and geopolitical developments. * Provide pre\-travel briefings and emergency support for employees. * Implement protocols for medical emergencies, natural disasters, and civil unrest affecting travelers. **Operational Management:** * Manage human and material resources for protection operations. * Ensure compliance with corporate security policies and Mexican regulations. * Prepare incident reports and performance metrics. **Risk Prevention and Assessment:** * Monitor potential threats (social, political, criminal). * Update contingency plans and crisis protocols. * Train staff on security procedures and emergency response. **Required Skills** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Security, Criminology, Administration, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 5 years in executive protection, event security, and travel risk management. * English: Conversational level proficiency required. **Knowledge:** * Risk analysis and crisis management. * Mexican security regulations and personal protection standards. * Coordination with authorities and vendors. **Skills:** * Leadership and decision\-making under pressure. * Effective communication and negotiation. * Familiarity with security technology (CCTV, access control systems). **Specific requirements for internal collaborators:** * You must have at least 12 months' experience in your current position. * To participate, your manager must be informed before you apply. * We will ask for a confirmation email. * You cannot participate in two or more processes simultaneously. **Interpersonal profile** * Results\-oriented. * High level of confidentiality. * Ability to work in dynamic and high\-pressure environments. **Benefits We Offer** Our benefits are designed to support your holistic well-being with programs for physical and mental health, financial wellness, and family support.
