Main Responsibilities Lead and guide the team in adopting Scrum/Kanban/Lean agility. \*Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure their execution as well as achievement of established objectives. \*Track actionable improvements identified during Sprint Retrospectives. \*Following each Sprint Planning, ensure the Sprint Backlog is visible to all and execute and report on Sprint closure. \*Facilitate the creation of boards.
