Position Summary: We are seeking a remote Scrum Master to lead developer teams, facilitate collaboration, and drive productivity in IT projects using agile methodologies. Key Highlights: 1. Manage project tracking, control, and progress, including risk management. **PLAYFUL BUSINESS INNOVATION CONSULTING** We have transformed our clients' products and services for over 15 years. **We Are Looking For: SCRUM MASTER / REMOTE** **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master * Experience leading developer teams * Experience as an Agile Coach or relevant training/courses * Experience leading agile transformation processes and Scrum adoption within organizations * Experience in IT-related projects * Experience with Jira **Job Responsibilities:** * Create and maintain conditions for success * Train the team to stay focused on its goals and deliverables * Facilitate close collaboration among all roles and functions * Motivate and support teams to improve their productivity * Manage necessary tracking, control, and progress sessions for project execution * Manage and control risks, issues, and changes that may arise during the project * Create and submit status and progress reports * Distribute meeting minutes with agreed-upon action items * Communicate progress based on results * Deliver presentations to various company levels * Use various charts or metrics to measure project progress or status **Required Knowledge:** * Agile methodologies **WE OFFER:** * Competitive base salary * Statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation, year-end bonus) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $46,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month Experience: * Jira: 4 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
