**Quality Assistant – Technical Area (Telephony)** **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 18:30 * Saturday from 9:00 to 14:00 Responsibilities * Perform quality tests (cosmetic and functional) on multi-brand phones. * Validate repairs and release devices according to customer standards. * Report failures, rejections or incidents detected during the process. * Assist in phone testing and control of out-of-warranty devices.
