Opportunity to contribute to process improvement and team efficiency **Role Overview** We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations \& Leasing Coordinator to manage the end\-to\-end lifecycle of our residential placements. You will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, landlords, and internal departments, ensuring seamless transitions from move\-in to move\-out. This role requires a "hospitality\-first" mindset, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of documentation and communication. **Core Responsibilities** * **Leasing \& Move\-In Coordination:** Manage the full leasing process, including applicant screenings, finalizing lease terms between parties, and preparing payment breakdowns. * **Occupancy \& Extension Management:** Proactively manage lease extensions by coordinating with guests and landlords. Ensure all tracking systems are updated in real\-time to reflect current property availability. * **Customer Relations:** Serve as the first point of contact for the company via phone, text, and email. Direct maintenance requests to the operations team and resolve guest inquiries with urgency and professional care. * **Financial Administration:** Collaborate closely with the accounting department to oversee security deposit returns, process background check fees, and ensure all accounts payable/receivable are reconciled before file closure. * **Stakeholder Communication:** Act as a liaison between insurance partners and landlords, providing monthly status reports on active placements and property inventory. * **Operational Support:** Assist with turnover scheduling, cleaning coordination, and maintenance logistics to ensure properties are move\-in ready. * **Process Improvement:** Help draft and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve team efficiency. **Schedule \& Requirements** * **Standard Hours:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST. * **Weekend Availability:** Brief check\-ins on the main line (2\-3 times daily) to monitor for urgent issues. * **Volume:** Ability to manage high\-volume workflows, assisting up to 20\+ families/placements per month. **Key Skills** * **Detail\-Oriented:** You never let a lease term or a deposit deadline slip through the cracks. * **Strong Communicator:** You can navigate difficult conversations with landlords or guests while maintaining a professional demeanor. * **Tech\-Savvy:** Comfortable using project management tools, automated messaging systems, and digital leasing platforms. * **Problem Solver:** You look for ways to resolve disputes or logistical hurdles before they escalate. **Pay \& Benefits:** 1,700 USD per month and bonuses.
