Efficient management of human, financial, and material resources. **POSITION MISSION** Plan, direct, and ensure comprehensive project execution, guaranteeing compliance with scope, schedule, cost, and quality through effective coordination of resources and teams. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and manage the project **schedule** (progress, milestones, critical path) and assess **profitability**, ensuring adherence to company quality standards and maximizing value for the client. * Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams (internal staff, contractors, and on-site suppliers). * Act as the primary point of contact with the client, ensuring continuous, clear, timely, and professional **communication**. * Efficiently manage **human, financial, and material resources**. * Provide clear and proactive updates on project progress through **progress reports** for management and the client. * Implement measures to reduce operational costs and **maximize profitability**. * Ensure proper **project documentation and closure** (permits, drawings, daily reports, regulatory records, etc.). REQUIRED PROFILE **Education and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in **Oil \& Gas**. * Project Management certification (PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is desirable. * Basic proficiency in project management tools (Project, Excel, etc.). **Technical Skills (Hard Skills):** * Schedule and budget management. * Knowledge of industry regulations. * Profitability and ROI analysis. **Interpersonal Skills (Soft Skills):** * Leadership and decision-making. * Negotiation and problem-solving. * Effective communication. * Working under pressure and strategic thinking.
