**Job Description** We are looking for a Project Manager to work in a hybrid modality (2–3 days per week onsite in Mexico City, Colonia Condesa – Cuauhtémoc) for one of our most important clients dedicated to software development. **What you will do** * Manage relationships with stakeholders across different levels and teams. * Design and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with client objectives, including product improvements for data analytics. * Provide consulting on customer experience best practices. * Adapt the client’s tools/products to their specific needs. * Develop and oversee project planning, coordinating internal teams to execute tasks and meet deadlines. * Maximize the client’s return on investment (ROI) and drive contract renewals or expansions. **We are looking for someone who** * Holds a degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or has equivalent technical experience. * Has **3\+ years of experience** in account management, strategic program management, consulting, business development, and/or project management in B2B environments. * Has **3\+ years of experience** implementing enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRMS). * Has experience working with budgets. * Is familiar with Agile / Scrum / Sprint methodologies. * Has knowledge or experience in Customer Experience (CX). * Is fluent in English (will work directly with international teams). * Is available to work from Mexico City in a hybrid format. * Can manage a high volume of simultaneous projects/clients. **Nice to have** * Experience in industries such as software, hospitality, retail, automotive, B2B, or financial services. * PMP certification or postgraduate studies. * Experience leading Professional Services teams. **What we offer** * Great work environment. * Long\-term relationship. * Opportunity to work with global teams. * Salary in USD under contractor modality.
