




Job Summary: Mid-level Project Lead responsible for coordinating and executing the implementation of technology projects, translating commercial agreements into actionable work plans and ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Ensures operational stabilization of projects. **Job Objective:** As a Mid-level Project Lead at KIGO, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the implementation of technology projects, ensuring proper planning, tracking, and delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You are responsible for translating commercial agreements and technical specifications into executable work plans, coordinating across various involved departments (Operations, Technology, Product, Hardware, and Support) to guarantee successful field implementation. You ensure each project progresses as planned, mitigating risks, resolving operational blockers, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Your role is critical in transforming commercial commitments into functional, stable operations. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Coordinate execution of configurations and testing, ensuring technical and operational compliance. \- Monitor daily project progress, control deviations, and ensure adherence to committed timelines. \- Manage operational incidents by resolving them or escalating blockers affecting implementation. \- Coordinate operational teams to ensure correct on-site execution. \- Ensure operational stabilization of the project, validating proper functionality prior to handover to support. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Experience:** * 3+ years in roles such as Junior Project Manager, Project Lead, or similar positions. * Experience implementing technology products (SaaS, IoT, digital platforms, integrated solutions). * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. * Preferred experience in technology product projects, access control, and/or parking solutions. **Technical Knowledge:** * Project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches). * Project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday, Pipefy, Slack, or similar). * Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and technology architecture. * Understanding of technology implementation processes (configuration, testing, deployments). * Intermediate proficiency in Excel / tracking tools. * Preferred knowledge of operational hardware (IoT, field devices, basic networking). **Skills:** * Strong organizational and tracking capabilities. * Clear, structured communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. * Management of multiple projects simultaneously. * Operational leadership (without necessarily having direct reports). * Results-oriented with strong focus on timeline adherence. * Prioritization and risk management capabilities. * Customer- and service-oriented mindset.
