Knowledge of digital media planning and metrics RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the main point of contact between the agency and the client. Maintain smooth communication to understand their needs and objectives. Coordinate and propose marketing strategies based on client objectives. Align client goals with agency capabilities. Ensure campaigns and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standard. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, social media, design) to guarantee proper execution. Review and present campaign results to the client via detailed KPI and key metrics reports. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve future outcomes. Anticipate and manage potential issues or changes in projects. Negotiate deadlines, budget adjustments, or revisions to maintain client satisfaction. Identify opportunities to offer new services or projects within the agency.
