Opportunity to build relationships and support care teams The **Scheduler** is responsible for maintaining the relationship between clients and caregivers, helping to deliver the best possible in\-home care experience for both clients and employees. This role plays a key part in working closely with caregiver staff to ensure appropriate caregiver–client matching and to ensure that all referrals are received accurately, with sufficient detail, and handled properly. * **Work Modality:** On\-site (Merida, Chihuahua) * **Work Schedule:** Full\-time * **Contract Type:** Contractor * **Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST) **Responsibilities:** * Maintain ongoing communication with caregivers and clients to assess service quality. * Act as a liaison between caregivers and the Office Manager. * Receive and manage referrals and address concerns related to company programs and services. * Schedule and coordinate caregivers’ daily activities. * Perform payroll\-related tasks, including timesheet verification, updating telephony records, and entering data for payroll processing. * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date caregiver employment records in the **ClearCare** system. * Ensure all personnel files are complete and current. * Interview, evaluate, and select candidates while ensuring a positive applicant experience. * Assist with recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, disciplinary actions, and employee follow\-up. * Build relationships with clients and caregivers while being sensitive to their individual needs. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager. **Requirements:** * **High school diploma or equivalent required**; at least two years of experience in administrative or business environments is preferred. * Basic computer skills and knowledge of administrative and organizational tasks. * Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills. * **Basic knowledge of medical terminology.** * Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. * **Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)** in reading, writing, and verbal communication. * Availability to be on\-call outside of standard office hours. \#schedulers25 Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $19,425\.00 per month Work Location: In person
