Plan and oversee the design and progress of approved capital projects. * Facilitate a culture that enhances customer service and quality assurance. * Drives a strong safety culture by promoting environmental compliance, addressing unsafe behaviors, and reinforcing that safety is everyone’s responsibility. * Develops and executes a comprehensive talent strategy that ensures effective staffing, succession planning, and employee development. * Sets clear performance expectations and provides ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition to support employee success and accountability. * Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and decision\-making skills to support customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance. **What You Bring:** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a business related field required.
