Reporting directly to the Director, Site, you as a Lean Manager will be responsible for leading the deployment, execution, and sustainment of the Littelfuse Operating System (LFOS) across the Matehuala site. You will drive full\-scale Lean implementation, ensure organizational alignment to site goals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will also act as a strategic partner to the Plant Manager’s Staff, identifying improvement opportunities, developing business cases, and advancing Lean maturity throughout the organization. You will coordinate Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen training programs, guide Lean Engineers, and uphold consistent application of Lean principles across all areas. In this role, you will ensure that LFOS structures, standards, and methodologies are maintained and evolved, supporting long\-term operational performance. Additionally, you will lead evaluations, monitor progress, and champion knowledge sharing to strengthen the Lean culture. About the Job:* Deploy the Littelfuse Operating System (LFOS) as part of a full\-scale transformation and ensure sustainment of Lean structures and principles at the site. * Lead LFOS/Lean maturity evaluations across all Cells and Areas, ensuring consistency, standardization, and knowledge sharing. * Understand site products and processes to identify improvement opportunities and build strong business cases for change. * Ensure site\-level goals and objectives (G\&O’s) are aligned, cascaded, and deployed throughout the organization. * Lead and develop Lean Engineers, providing coaching, direction, and performance oversight. * Coordinate Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen trainings according to plan and strategic needs. * Partner with Plant leadership to promote continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, cost efficiency, quality, and operational performance. * Support data\-driven decision\-making through structured Lean methodologies and analytical tools. * Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and progress tracking for all Lean activities. * Other duties as assigned. * Location: Matehuala, San Luis Potosí. About You:* Bachelor’s degree in a related field. * Five to ten years of experience in a similar role. * Proven management and leadership experience. * Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, including TPS, VSM, Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri. * Green Belt certification required; Lean Expert or Black Belt preferred. * Excellent bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish), both written and verbal. * Strong presentation, facilitation, and project management skills. * Experience with cost analysis, materials management, and supply chain preferred. * Advanced MS Office skills. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * High attention to detail, strong organizational discipline, and a continuous improvement mindset. * Experience in global manufacturing companies preferred.
