Junior Construction Resident Job Description A company dedicated to operational projects, modifications, and installations is seeking a **Field Operations Supervisor**, responsible for coordinating operational activities, supervising personnel, and monitoring project execution on-site. We are looking for a person with leadership skills, organizational and follow-up capabilities, goal-oriented mindset, and commitment to quality in execution. Responsibilities: * Supervision and coordination of on-site operational staff. * Assignment and tracking of tasks according to project progress. * Monitoring of task completion and quality controls. * Handling and resolution of operational incidents. * Preparation of photographic reports and progress tracking. * Continuous communication with Project Leader and Project Manager. * Training and development of operational staff. * Compliance monitoring of industrial safety standards and 5S methodology. * Interpretation and implementation of blueprints. * Provision of on-site operational support as required by the project. * Supervision of proper use of tools and work equipment. Requirements: * Education: Technical high school diploma, TSU, or incomplete/completed engineering degree (preferred). * Minimum **1–2 years** of experience in operational supervision, light construction, installations, or field projects. * Personnel management experience. * Knowledge of work tools: * Tape measure * Laser level * Distance meter * Drills * Rotary hammer * Wrenches and socket sets * Computer equipment proficiency: * Excel * Email * Blueprint viewers * Blueprint reading and interpretation. * General knowledge of industrial safety.
