This role is the foundation of our leadership pipeline; we seek individuals with high emotional intelligence who aspire to grow into Operations Director or Customer Success roles. **Job Details** * Work Mode: 100% Remote. * Profile: Hybrid between Project Management and Marketing Strategy. * Growth: Career path toward Team Lead or Operations Director. **Your Responsibilities** * Account Leadership: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, marketing/compliance teams, and internal leadership. * Lifecycle Management: Lead onboarding, manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables. * Operational Control: Use tools such as GoHighLevel, ClickUp, and CRM to track progress and mitigate risks. * Strategic Support: Ensure clients feel supported and informed, proactively resolving issues. * Optimization (Optional): If you possess execution skills, you may support quality control and cross-account process optimization. **What We’re Looking For** * **English C1\-C2** * Solid marketing experience (essential to understand deliverables). * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and departments simultaneously. * Prior experience with ClickUp or other PM platforms and CRM systems. * Prior experience in agencies or marketing operations. * Direct exposure leading high-level client meetings. * In-depth knowledge of GoHighLevel. \#Marketing25 Employment Type: Full-time Language: * Advanced English (Mandatory) Work Location: Remote
