This role ensures compliance with labor laws, supports workforce development, and drives employee engagement to meet production goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training for plant staff. * Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and retention programs. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations and workplace safety standards. * Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategies with operational needs. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). * 5\+ years HR experience, with at least 3 in manufacturing/industrial settings. * Strong knowledge of labor law, compliance, and HRIS systems. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * English skills 90% **Additional Locations**: * Mexico \- Nuevo León \- Monterrey * Mexico \- Nuevo León \- Monterrey
