Basic repairs and exterior maintenance **Position: General Maintenance Staff** **Job Description:** We are seeking responsible and proactive staff to perform general maintenance tasks at a residence, ensuring facilities remain in good condition and operational. **Main Responsibilities:** * Garden and green area maintenance * Swimming pool cleaning and maintenance * Vehicle washing * Pet care (walking, bathing, and waste cleanup) * Window, barbecue grill, and general exterior cleaning * Basic repairs (bathrooms, plumbing and electrical systems, and household details) * Touch-up painting (as required) * Taking out the trash **Requirements:** * Experience in general maintenance (residential or similar) * Basic knowledge of gardening, plumbing, and electricity * Responsible, honest, and service-oriented * Enjoys interacting with pets * Valid driver's license (mandatory) **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Job stability * Positive work environment
