This role is ideal for someone who excels at clear, professional, and consistent communication, and can confidently act as the bridge between clients and internal teams. You will ensure that clients are informed, supported, and confident throughout every stage of the project. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications * Deliver clear, accurate, and timely updates on project status, timelines, and changes * Translate project details into easy\-to\-understand information for clients * Proactively communicate potential delays, issues, or risks * Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure alignment and transparency * Handle customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and strong problem\-solving skills * Maintain detailed and organized records of all communications and project updates * Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent follow\-up and support **Qualifications:** * Proven experience in customer service or a client\-facing role * **Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (required)** * Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely * Strong listening skills and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities effectively * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, team\-oriented environment **Preferred Skills:** * Experience working alongside project management teams * Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills * High level of organization and time management * Experience with CRM or project management tools **What We’re Looking For:** * A confident communicator who can represent the team professionally * Someone who is proactive, responsive, and reliable in all client interactions * A team player who keeps everyone aligned through clear and consistent communication Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $16,513\.59 \- $21,578\.95 per month Work Location: Remote
