We are currently seeking your talent as a **FINISHES COORDINATOR.** Experience in vertical and hotel projects. **What requirements must you meet?** **Resident of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.** * Experience with PMI methodology. * Experience in management of construction projects. * Experience in 3\-5 completed vertical projects (apartments or hotels). * Experience in all types of finishes and responsibility for project completion related to finishes. * Experience in construction of vertical projects exceeding 10 levels. * Concrete retaining walls, slope stabilization/anchoring. * Finishes (facades, fenestration, metalwork, flooring, painting, walls, ceilings, etc.). * Steel and concrete structures. **What responsibilities will you have?** * Foundations * Retaining walls * Concrete structures * Steel structures * Masonry * Finishes * Administrative control * Contractor management * Construction supervision **Required Skills** * Proficiency in Office software, AutoCAD, etc. * Current construction regulations and standards * ACI318 Concrete Structures Code * Interpretation and reading of architectural, structural, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, and finishes drawings (executive project) * Monitoring of construction schedules * Project administration methodology * Responsibilities and functions: * Coordinate proper project construction, * Document processes * Manage contractors * Review reports and estimates. * Towers exceeding 10 levels Position type: Night shift **Benefits and perks you will receive:** * Statutory benefits * Provision of computing equipment * Provision of uniforms
