Job Description The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization operates in full compliance with laws, regulations, corporate guidelines, and ethical standards. This role leads the implementation, oversight, and continuous improvement of the compliance program, mitigating risks and strengthening the company’s culture of integrity. Requirements Advanced English (Is it mandatory) Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, Accounting, or related fields. Preferred: postgraduate studies or certifications in Compliance, Corporate Ethics, Auditing, Risk Management, or similar disciplines. 5–8 years of experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, Legal, Risk Management, or Corporate Governance. Proven experience leading compliance programs and advising managerial levels.
