Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Agile Coach with SAFe experience to support teams in implementing agile practices, ensuring alignment and achievement of objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe 2. Strong focus on planning, metrics, and release management 3. Coaching and mentoring (GROW model, systemic coaching) **Position: Senior Agile Coach (SAFe)** We are looking for a **Senior Agile Coach** with experience in **SAFe** to join a team focused on scaled agile planning and execution. **Required Experience:** * 3–5 years as an Agile Coach * Proven experience in organizations using agile frameworks (Scrum and SAFe) * Solid focus on planning, metrics, and release management **Role Objective:** Support operational and planning teams in correctly executing agile practices, ensuring alignment, metric tracking, and objective attainment, with executive visibility. **Key Responsibilities:** **Before PI Planning:** * Train teams and Scrum Masters (objectives, roles, dynamics, Jira workload) * Ensure inputs: prioritized epics, clear objectives, Definition of Ready * Align teams and define event agenda **During PI Planning:** * Coordinate the event * Facilitate sessions (breakouts) * Manage dependencies (dependency spider in Jira) * Manage risks (ROAM classification) * Facilitate objective definition * Mediate conflicts * Manage the Program Board in Jira * Coordinate confidence vote * Conduct event retrospective **After PI Planning:** * Track PI Objectives * Manage dependencies and risks * Monitor performance metrics * Continuously improve the process **Knowledge and Skills:** * Scaled PI Planning * Prioritization and estimation * Coordination of performance metrics * Coaching and mentoring (GROW model, systemic coaching) * Change Management (ADKAR, Kotter, Lean Change) * Management 3\.0 (e.g., Moving Motivators) Hybrid: 2–3 days in office Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Salary: $45,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 per month Work location: Hybrid remote in Venustiano Carranza, CDMX
