




Position Summary: Ensure garment quality for girls' wear from raw materials to packaging, meeting customer standards and detecting defects during production. Key Highlights: 1. QUALITY SUPERVISOR – TEXTILE INDUSTRY POSITION OBJECTIVE Ensure all garments in the girls' line meet quality standards, including inspection of raw materials, trims, and preparation. During production—cutting, sewing, labeling, finishing, presentation, and packaging—to comply with each customer's specifications. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Garment inspection. 2. Measurement verification. 3. Defect detection. 4. AQL classification. 5. Incident reporting. 6. Coordination with production. 7. Special care for the girls' line. PROFILE REQUIREMENTS * Education: Completed junior high school; technical high school diploma in garment manufacturing preferred. * Experience: Minimum 1 year. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE * Types of straight stitch, overlock, and collar stitch (minimum). * Critical, major, and minor defects in garment manufacturing. * Use of tape measure and patternmaking ruler. * Use of measurement charts. * Basic safety standards for apparel. SKILLS Visual acuity, attention to detail, speed, manual dexterity, ability to work under pressure, honesty. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of "multi-style" garments, dresses, sets, pajamas, and sportswear; familiarity with all types of fabrics. CONDITIONS + SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. + SALARY: $8,000–$10,500 monthly gross, based on experience + productivity and zero-rejection bonuses. + Statutory benefits.
