Coordinate checklists, evaluate materials, and generate inspection reports At Outokumpu, the global leader in stainless steel, we are seeking a **Quality Inspector** at Level C to join our dynamic Quality team at our San Luis Potosí plant in Mexico. This position is temporary for 3 months. We invite you to explore an exceptional professional opportunity; in this role, your purpose will be to perform visual inspections and detect defects with the naked eye and through measurement tools to ensure products comply with each specification. This position rotates across all 3 shifts. **Requirements and Knowledge for the Position:** * Higher technical education (university-level technician) * Minimum 1 year of experience in production or quality areas * Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies * Prior experience with measurement instruments (micrometer, caliper, etc.) * Availability to rotate across all 3 shifts **Competencies and Skills:** * Communication * Understanding of industrial safety standards * Analytical thinking * Decision-making and proactivity **Key Responsibilities Include:** * Coordinate participation in executing the checklist form. * Evaluate and redirect materials on cutting lines. * Generate inspection and production reports. * Review prior process information and specific customer requirements.
