Training and performance monitoring A furniture manufacturing company is seeking: * **Production Supervisor** **Job Objective:** Ensure proper operation of the assigned department by supervising operational staff, meeting production schedules, and monitoring departmental KPIs. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in a related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years as a production supervisor or coordinator in manufacturing environments. * **People Management:** Experience leading teams of at least **10 employees**. * Ability to demonstrate operational leadership and on-floor problem solving. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Basic knowledge of lacquering and polishing processes (not mandatory). **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Supervise and ensure adherence to the production schedule. * Coordinate and direct operational staff to achieve production and quality targets. * Train staff and monitor team performance. * Verify compliance with order, cleanliness, and safety standards in the assigned area. * Conduct performance evaluations for operational staff. * Monitor and control departmental indicators (productivity, quality, attendance, performance). **We Offer:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Fixed weekend rest) * Salary: $4,500 to $4,800 weekly, tax-free, commensurate with experience and competencies. * Statutory benefits: IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation, vacation bonus, year-end bonus, etc. Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $4,500\.00 \- $4,800\.00 per week Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * Production supervisor: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
