




What You’ll Do * Determine staffing needs to achieve production goals. * Set goals and objectives for employees; develop employees to meet those objectives. * Monitor daily performance to ensure goal achievement; collaborate with other plant leaders to secure necessary support, train employees to improve productivity, maintain a positive work environment, and organize necessary corrective actions for continuous improvement as required. * Ensure employees receive effective training.
