Fluent English and strong teamwork skills required Responsibilities: * Prepare and validate purchase orders in accordance with established procedures. * Conduct quotations and comparative analyses to maintain competitive pricing and high material quality. * Communicate material tracking and arrival status across various departments. * Maintain up-to-date parameters and optimal material levels in the MRP system. * Monitor obsolete materials and slow-moving commodities. * Verify proper material usage against system records and ensure compliance with required standards and specifications. * Track material rejections assigned to suppliers within your portfolio. * Train on and adhere to applicable SPI procedures for this position. * Generate material, consumption, and cost reports and analyses to enable timely decision-making regarding commodity management and departmental KPIs. Requirements: * 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Experience as a Materials Planner or Inventory Planner. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Strong service orientation, accountability, teamwork, and initiative. * Fluent English, both verbal and written.
