At Watlow Mexico, we offer a positive work environment, cutting-edge technology, and outstanding professional development opportunities across our three plants located in El Marqués, Querétaro. **General Description:** Responsible for receiving, preparing, and delivering raw materials or kits to production areas, as well as processing orders ready for shipment, ensuring an efficient flow of materials within the plant. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive, verify, and move materials using material-handling equipment (no forklift license required). * Pack, weigh, organize, and review shipping documentation. * Supply work areas with correct materials and maintain inventory records. * Support continuous improvement through Lean initiatives and resolution of inventory-counting issues. * Collaborate with logistics, production, and customer service teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. **Competencies and Skills:** * Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team. * Basic knowledge of material management systems (MRP) and LEAN concepts. * Attention to detail, accuracy in cycle counts, and excellent customer service orientation. * Ability to identify operational improvements and contribute to a continuous improvement environment. **Requirements:** * Minimum six months of tenure with the company. * No unexcused absences or disciplinary warnings in the past six months. * Completed and verifiable upper-secondary education (high school diploma). **Benefits:** The Watlow Total Compensation Plan Your health, wellbeing, and financial stability—and those of your family—are our top priorities.
