




REQUIREMENTS: · Knowledge of Windows operating systems · Experience in server configuration and administration. · Experience in database design and optimization. · Knowledge of network security. · Administration and management of SAP · Proficiency in Office software suite · Web page management and design · Administration of video surveillance equipment · Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. · Adaptability with different ERPs RESPONSIBILITIES · Plan, organize, and control the operation of the Systems Department. · Establish standards and procedures for the use of hardware and software. · Perform backups of software files from both fixed and portable computing devices. · Keep antivirus programs updated and resolve incidents caused by computer viruses. · Manage user access accounts, including network and application access. · Advise users on the proper use of equipment and software. · Ensure that systems and programs are being used according to user functions and needs. · Migrate data in case of hardware or software changes. · Maintain inventory control of software and hardware. · Support monthly physical inventories, including corresponding valuation and system entry. · Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. · Participate in establishing and implementing corrective, preventive, and improvement actions. · Send production and waste reports to management and supervisors. · Provide various reports to the Administration, Production, and Maintenance departments. · Assist the General Management with any technical support related to systems.
