We view sustainability as the guiding principle of our operations, generating environmental, economic, and social value. ***Yard Maintenance Manager*** **Objective:** Ensure equipment remains in optimal condition to guarantee compliance with established production processes. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise preventive and/or corrective maintenance of operational equipment. * Assign and delegate daily preventive and/or corrective maintenance tasks to assigned technicians. * Administer DEACERO’s Total Maintenance systems. * Provide necessary tools to perform maintenance strictly in accordance with established processes. * Coordinate the maintenance team to achieve established objectives.
