This process focuses on acquiring knowledge, attitudes, and habits that promote and protect the health of pets and production animals. We need you to achieve this! **Requirements:** A professional degree and license in Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science is mandatory. A master’s or doctoral degree in health sciences and animal production, a master’s degree in veterinary medicine and animal science, specialization in small-animal medicine, surgery and animal science, or specialization in equine medicine, surgery and animal science. Required expertise includes X-ray acquisition and interpretation, ultrasonography, scintigraphy, thermography, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and computed tomography (CT) for dogs, cats, horses, and non-conventional species. **Functions and Activities:** Use the Veterinary Medicine program’s curricula and syllabi as references to guide classroom instruction. Develop effective assessment methods addressing essential course content. Create learning environments conducive to achieving competencies and expected learning outcomes. Extensive professional experience or practice in operating radiological diagnostic and imaging equipment; acquiring and interpreting radiographic images; performing ultrasonography, thermography, scintigraphy, MRI, CT, and endoscopy on dogs and cats, horses, and non-conventional companion animals.
