We are seeking to hire: **BIM Coordinator** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines (degree holder with professional license). * Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience in an equivalent or higher-level position on similar projects. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in **BIM tools**: * Proficiency in or practical experience with **ISTRAM and ISPOL** is mandatory. * Revit, Navisworks Manage, Civil 3D, Infraworks, BIM. * Experience in clash detection and modeling for coordination. * Familiarity with CDE platforms (Autodesk Construction Cloud, Trimble Connect, Dalux, etc.). * Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical models. * Knowledge of 4D scheduling (Navisworks, Synchro) and 5D cost estimation (desirable). * Familiarity with Lean Construction methodologies (desirable). * Collaborative workflow and BIM document management. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage client relations and ensure timely delivery of agreed-upon information in the required format. * Define the team’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP) at any stage of the BIM Information Management System. * Review, comply with, and enforce information exchange requirements. * Assess the information development capabilities of both internal and subcontracted teams. * Ensure project BIM objectives are met. * Establish the overall information development schedule and review task-specific development schedules submitted by each project team. * Coordinate information production across all disciplines. * Define specific BIM documentation. * Provide direct support to BIM Technicians (modelers, operators, and BIM production technicians). **WORK LOCATION:** * The project is located in Monterrey. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits (100% social security contributions) * Direct employment contract with the company Interested candidates are invited to apply via this channel with an updated CV. **Desired education level:** Higher education – degree holder **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Construction **Industry:** Construction *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=6940acd52f00002f0084f25b&source=indeed*
