You will guide and coach Agile Teams by creating and supporting processes based on a set of common principles which focus on continuous improvement, quality, and velocity. You will work closely with our Product Owners to help transform their visions into custom software applications. Responsibilities **Are** **you** **passionate** **aboutfinding** **solutions** **to** **businessproblems?** * Steer the Agile Teams toward their goals, remove impediments, and facilitate processes for continuous improvement. * Facilitate team meetings, including the Daily Stand\-up, Sprint Planning and Design, Review, and Retrospective Meetings. * Support the Product Owner in creating and managing the product backlog, making strategic prioritization decisions, and designing systems that achieve their vision and goals. * Ensure a clear Definition of Done (DOD) is documented for backlog items and work with the Development Team to ensure proper quality control is in place to meet that criteria. * Collaborate with a dedicated team to materialize project goals. **Requirements** **Does this sound like you?** * You have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute under minimal supervision. * You can execute projects and use an iterative methodology such as Agile or Scrum, with a consistent track record of success. * You possess proven functional knowledge of software development processes. * You have good interpersonal and analytical skills and can smoothly collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. * You are detail\-oriented yet able to understand impacts across multiple projects and systems. * You can communicate concisely and professionally to a variety of audiences.
